What is Callmar CRM?
A private, on-device CRM for Apple devices. It collects your emails, chats, notes and files — and, when you also use Callmar Phone, your SIP call notes — then uses on-device AI to keep contacts, deals and follow-ups up to date.
Where is my data stored?
On your device and in your own iCloud. Callmar CRM is serverless — there's no Callmar cloud holding your CRM data. The only way text leaves the device is an optional cloud AI model you enable with your own key and explicit consent.
Do I need the Callmar phone app to use it?
No. Callmar CRM works on its own with email, Telegram, notes and files. If you also use Callmar (the SIP phone), the two are designed to work together so calls flow into your pipeline.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone and iPad on iOS / iPadOS 17 or later. On-device AI features use Apple Intelligence on supported devices.
